About MarkWipe
MarkWipe is a free, private AI watermark remover that runs entirely in your browser — it erases the small logo badge AI image generators stamp into a corner, and your files never leave your device. It is built by Yeasin Hossain, a web developer with over ten years of experience and more than 1,400 delivered projects, and operated by Elixo Group LLC. There are no accounts, no usage limits and no paid tier, because the tool runs on your hardware rather than on a server we pay for.
Why this exists
Almost every watermark remover asks you to upload your picture to a stranger's server, then caps how many you can do, then asks for money. The uploading part is the one that should bother you most. Your photo sits on someone else's machine, governed by a policy you did not read, for as long as they decide.
Browsers can now run this kind of model themselves. Once that is true, the upload has no justification left, and neither does the daily cap. This site is the version of the tool that follows from taking that seriously.

What this project refuses to do
The list matters more than the feature list, so it goes here rather than in a footnote.
- No uploads. Your media is processed on your device. The tool pages run no third-party code at all, which is what makes that claim checkable rather than promised.
- No accounts and no caps. Nothing to sign up for, no daily limit, and no watermark of ours stamped on your result.
- No paid tier, ever. Features are not held back for a plan. Advertising on the written pages is the entire business model, and it will never touch the tool.
- No stock photography watermarks. That request has one realistic purpose and we do not serve it. The reasoning is on the page about the rights question.
- No overpromising. When a watermark is beyond what this tool does, the page for it says so and points at what actually works.
The honesty policy, stated as a rule
Every capability claim on this site has to be checkable. The privacy claim is verifiable in your browser's Network tab. The dataset publishes how much of itself has been verified, and the honest number today is none of it. Where a browser behaves in a way that works against us, like Safari converting wide-gamut colours before any in-browser tool can see the pixels, the site says so and the tool tells you when it happened to your file.
That is a deliberate trade. Being trusted on the limits is what makes the rest of it worth believing.

- The work happens on your computer rather than ours, so serving one person or a thousand costs about the same: the price of hosting some static files. There is no per-image cost to pass on, which means there is nothing for a usage cap to protect.

- Advertising on the written pages, once there are enough people reading them. Never on the tool itself, because the tool is where your files are and no third-party code runs there. If that means slower progress, it means slower progress.
- Will there ever be a paid tier?
- No. There are no accounts, no billing, and no features held back for a plan that does not exist. Adding one later would break the reason people trust this, so it is not on any roadmap.
- Why does it only remove small, fixed watermarks?
- Because that is what a model running on your own hardware can do well, and doing it well beats claiming more. A tool that promised to handle moving stamps and tiled patterns would disappoint most of the people who tried it.
